My pals have taken ownership of their very first bees. I’ll be meeting them next week: the bees, I mean, obviously I’ve already met the pals. Apparently, they like to get up late and have a leisurely breakfast before leaving home around 10am (I’m still talking about the bees here). It’s still cool here and there’s not too much blossom around yet, so the pals are feeding the bees on syrup every day. It reminds me of when we got the chix – all was input with no return on our investment at first and we spent ages just watching them… I wonder if the pals have named their bees yet?
